July 15th is the deadline to apply for the Senior Exemption for tax year 2019. All applications must be received at the Assessor’s office no later than July 15th in order to be considered for the exemption for this year. Please call our office at 970-945-9134 if you have questions.

Senate Bill 19-255 has been signed by the Governor. This bill changes the assessment rate on residential property from 7.2% to 7.15% for tax year 2019. The new assessed values are now available on our QPublic database. Please call the office at 970-945-9134 if you have questions about the assessment rate change.
